La Serena Stables
The farm in Florida has sixteen 10'x10' stalls located in the middle of five acres. It has all the amenities of a working dressge barn. The property is fenced with white pvc fencing and has nine individual paddocks. The dressage arena is oversized regulation with mirrors, lights, irrigation system and wonderful footing. The round pen is oversized that has a variety of uses. The back half of the property is maintained for a refreshing "riding grass field" that is dry and has shade trees. The barn has a newly built tack room with a full bathroom. We also have a grain room that is fit with a waher/dryer. The wash rack area has hot/cold water for bathing.

We are a work in process with this property as we have just purchased it in 2011. We will strive to have a very functional dressage facility to train and use in the winter months.
