Pine Hollow Stables in PA
Erin Swaney Dressage operates out of Wellington, Florida in winter months and Uniontown, Pennsylvania in the summer months.
The farm in Uniontown is Pine Hollow Stables, a lush 75 acres nestled in the quiet country. We have rolling hills, well manicured trails, apple trees, wonderful paddocks, a lighted regulation sized dressage arena and two separate barns to accomodate different styles of boarding. One barn located on the top of the hill is more formal with individual turnout for the horse. It is a center isle barn with two windows to each horse's stall. There is grain/tack room. The other barn called "The Red Barn" is in the valley of the property that is located in the middle of seventeen acres fenced in for the horses to run in and out of their stalls as they wish. This area also has a fresh running spring that is flowing year round to provide fresh cool water at all times.
The farm in Wellington, Florida is a wonderful full service five acre dressage facility, located on the outskirts of town but very close to all the International Shows, Shopping and Dining in Wellington/West Palm Beach area.
We have a sixteen stall barn with all the amenities, an oversized regulation size dressage arena with mirrors, lights, irrigation and wonderful footing allows you to prepare for the show. The property is fenced and there are nine individual turn out paddocks. We also have a oversized round pen and riding grass field with shade trees. The barn is equiped with a new tack/lounge with a full bathroom, grain room with washer and dryer. Stalls are center isle with windows and we have hot/cold water for bathing. Its a wonderful quiet setting and just a 10 minute drive to all the exciting equestrian activites Wellington has to offer.
